At Furro, your pet’s comfort and satisfaction are our top priority. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return & Exchange policy on our products — because we’re confident your furry friend will love them.
Return Policy
Every product at Furro is thoughtfully crafted with quality and care, and we hope it brings joy to your pets. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ve got you covered with our easy return process. Returns are subject to a 15% fee, which helps cover shipping, restocking, and handling costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- The item must not have been touched or used by your pet.
- For clarity: If your pet has interacted with the item (e.g., laid on it, scratched it, etc.), it is no longer eligible for return.
- Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and other related charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If these conditions are not met, Furro reserves the right to refuse the return and ship the item(s) back at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at furropethome@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +6011-11019363 with your order number. Our customer care team will assist you through the process.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
- The refund (minus shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take up to 14 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or incorrect. Please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order:
- Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Email the photos along with your order number to furropethome@gmail.com.
- Our team will promptly assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
